Abdominal Workout... for your abs :)

Here is an advanced ab workout that you can tailor to your individual fitness level.

first warm up 5-10 minutes of light cardio/ dynamic stretching

8 reps 2 sets barbell ab rollout

10 reps each side 2 sets kettlebell windmills

20 side plank lifts 2 sets

10 hanging leg raises 3 sets

10 each side alternating swiss ball supermans 3 sets
